NOTES:

* More about Large-Quantity Reprographics Services...
To ensure quality of large-quantity reprographics services, it is recommended that customers visit Maps and Records to select documents prior to initiating requests for prints. The customer can then provide special instructions such as print size, number of sets and delivery instructions.

An RPO will be required from the requesting (or sponsoring) University department, and that RPO number should be provided to Maps and Records to accompany the print order: we cannot accept University account (PTAE) numbers directly.

Documents are then sent directly from Maps and Records to the reprographics vendor. Prints are delivered to the destination chosen by the customer. The vendor's invoice is directed to the requesting (or sponsoring) University department for processing and payment.
